CD type elevator

CD series elevator, is the oil and gas and geological drilling departments in the drilling of oil, gas wells or geological exploration operations for the suspension of the drill pipe, casing, drill collar and tubing lifting or lowering important tools. CD series elevators can work normally under the climatic conditions of -20 ℃ ~ 70 ℃, and can hold drill pipes with a diameter of 2 ¾ in ~ 5 ½ in, casing pipes with a diameter of 4 ½ in ~ 36in, drill collars with a diameter of 3in ~ 11 ¼ in, and tubing with a diameter of 1.9in ~ 4 ½ in. Rated load of elevator: 65t (585kN), 75t(675kN), 100t(900kN), 125t(1125kN), 150t(1350kN), 200t(1800kN), 250t(2250kN), 300t(2700kN), 350t(3150kN), 400t (3600kN), 500t (4500kN).

Product Description

T-Brand CD Elevators are conventional side door elevators to handle pipes in oil and gas drilling operation. CD elevators can be used at temperature from minus 20 ℃ to 70℃, and handle drill pipes range from 2⅜in to 5½in, casings range from 4½in to 36in, drill collars range from 3in to 11¼in, and tubing range from 1.9in~4½in. all elevator link ears conform to API elevator links, working capacity as following: 65t(585kN), 75t(675kN), 100t(900kN), 125t(1125kN), 150t(1350kN), 200t(1800kN), 250t(2250kN), 300t(2700kN), 350t(3150kN), 400t (3600kN), 500t (4500kN), 750t (6750kN).

Note: IU-inner thickening, EU-outer thickening, IEU-inner and outer thickening, the upper hole diameter of the drill pipe elevator is allowed to be the same as the lower hole diameter.

Note: IU means internal upset EU means external upset IEU means internal and external upset. Dimension of top and bottom bores of drill pipe elevator can be equal.

Note: It is allowed that the size of the upper hole diameter of the external thickened oil pipe elevator is the same as that of the lower hole diameter; the external thickened oil pipe elevator cannot be used for non-thickened oil pipes.

Note: dimensions of top bore and bottom bore of elevator for external upset tubing can be equal, while this elevator cannot be used for non-upset tubing.
