DD series split elevator

DD series split elevator is a special tool for lifting and lowering the suspended drill pipe or tubing in oil drilling and production operations. The split elevator can work normally under the climatic conditions of -20 ℃ ~ 70 ℃, and is suitable for hanging drill pipes with right-angle steps with a diameter of 3 ½ in ~ 5 ½ in. The rated load of the elevator is 100t(900kN), 125t(1125kN), 150t(1350kN), 250t(2250kN), 350t(3150kN).

Product Description

DD series split elevator is a special tool for lifting and lowering the suspended drill pipe or tubing in oil drilling and production operations.

The split elevator can work normally under the climatic conditions of -20 ℃ ~ 70 ℃, and is suitable for hanging drill pipes with right-angle steps with a diameter of 3 ½ in ~ 5 ½ in. The rated load of the elevator is 100t(900kN), 125t(1125kN), 150t(1350kN), 250t(2250kN), 350t(3150kN).

DD Collar type Center Latch Elevators are convention bottleneck center latch elevators to handle pipes in drilling operation.

The elevators can be used at temperature from minus 20 ℃ to 70℃, and can accommodate plain shoulder drill pipes from 3½in to 5½in, working capacity as following: 100t(900kN), 125t(1125kN), 150t(1350kN), 250t(2250kN), 350t(3150kN)。
