DDZ series split type elevator

DDZ, DDZ(T) series of split elevator is a special tool for lifting and lowering the suspended drill pipe in oil drilling and production operations. Among them, DDZ(T) series elevator is suitable for top drive drilling rig. The split elevator can work normally under the climatic conditions of -20 ℃ ~ 70 ℃, and is suitable for hanging all kinds of tapered step drill pipes with a diameter of 2 ⅜ in ~ 6 in. The rated load of elevator is 65t(585kN), 100t(900kN), 125t(1125kN), 150t(1350kN), 250t(2250kN), 350t(3150kN), 500t(4500kN).

Product Description

DDZ, DDZ(T) series of split elevator is a special tool for lifting and lowering the suspended drill pipe in oil drilling and production operations. Among them, DDZ(T) series elevator is suitable for top drive drilling rig.
The split elevator can work normally under the climatic conditions of -20 ℃ ~ 70 ℃, and is suitable for hanging all kinds of tapered step drill pipes with a diameter of 2 ⅜ in ~ 6 in. The rated load of elevator is 65t(585kN), 100t(900kN), 125t(1125kN), 150t(1350kN), 250t(2250kN), 350t(3150kN), 500t(4500kN).
DDZ ,DDZ(T) Center Latch Elevators are convention bottleneck center latch elevators to handle pipes in drilling operation.
The elevators can be used at temperature from minus 20 ℃ to 70℃, and can accommodate taper shoulder drill pipe from 2⅜ to 6⅝IEU drill pipes, plain shoulder drill pipes from 3½in to 5½in,   working capacity as following: 65t(585kN), 100t(900kN), 125t(1125kN), 150t(1350kN), 250t(2250kN), 350t(3150kN), 500t(4500kN)。
